CFT 60 is our signature 60-minute class that is constantly redefining what it means to be fit and healthy. CFT 60 is designed to be a slightly more complex class introducing the barbell in functional lifts like the back squat, and deadlift, while still being very beginner friendly. This class is built to assist people just starting out to become comfortable with weightlifting and high-intensity-interval- training (HIIT), while still offering an opportunity for advanced athletes to scale up the difficulty to fit their needs.
